For experienced professionals
AI can do parts of the work you spent years mastering. What will people keep paying you for?
I work with experienced professionals to use AI and their expertise to create more opportunities, have a stronger voice in decisions, and increase their earning power, within their current role or beyond it.
The challenge
Learning another tool doesn’t tell you where you fit.
- Parts of your job now take AI seconds, and you’re not sure what that means for you.
- What used to make you valuable is easier for others to get.
- You have ideas about what’s next, but nothing tested, and no clear first step.
- You know you could do more with what you know, and nobody’s asking you to.
- You keep the bigger question to yourself: does what I’ve built still count?
of workers’ core skills are expected to change by 2030.
World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report, 2025 ↗of U.S. workers are worried about how AI will be used in the workplace in the future.
Pew Research Center, 2025 ↗This is for you if
- You have years of experience and your work is changing
- You want to choose your next move, not wait for it to be chosen for you
- You’re willing to test a real step, at work, with clients or in the market
This isn’t for you if
- You want job placement or a résumé service
- You want guaranteed income or a promotion
The approach
Assess. Choose. Test.
The same discipline companies use to find where their value is moving, applied to your own work. Each phase ends with a deliverable you keep.
Assess where you stand
What has changed in your work, and what still depends on you: your judgment, your experience and the trust people place in you.
Deliverable: your Value Profile, in words someone would hire, promote or pay you for
Choose a direction
Grow within your role, change your responsibilities, or pursue something different, and work on what that direction asks of you.
Deliverable: a Direction Plan with the skills, habits and support it requires
Test a real next step
Take one real action at work, with clients or in the market, and review what happened.
Deliverable: Test Results and a 90-day plan built on evidence
What this looks like in practice
An illustrative example. A project manager uses AI to draft her weekly status update from the team’s notes. It used to take an hour; now it takes ten minutes. Her contribution goes beyond producing the draft. Reading it, she sees that two teams are counting on the same engineer in the same week, and that a decision her sponsor has been putting off now blocks the launch date. She rewrites the update around that: the dependency, the decision needed, and by when. That’s the contribution her employer pays for, and AI made room for it. We find your version of that, and test it.
Your advisor
I’ve guided people through this kind of change for more than 20 years.
I’ve worked with more than 100 teams and business units, from Wall Street firms to New York City government. Most recently I guided about twenty technology teams through mergers, acquisitions and a company-wide AI mandate, building AI workflows and agents the teams could use and coaching them and my fellow Scrum Masters, so I’ve seen up close how roles change and who comes out ahead. I’ve coached since 2008, and as a Certified Performance Neuroscience Coach (PNCC) I’m trained in how people respond to pressure, change and new habits. That’s how a decision turns into habits that last.

For your team or organization
If you lead people whose work is changing, I run the same process with teams. We agree up front on the scope, what is shared with the sponsor, timing and fees.
Ask about team sessions →Not ready for a call?
I run a workshop for professionals, Your Work Is Changing: Choose Where It Goes Next. Ask to hear when the next public date is set.
Tell me the next date →Start with 20 minutes
Tell me what’s changing in your work.
I’ll tell you honestly what I see and what I’d do next. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so.
