What’s included

Four live 90-minute working sessions online on Tuesdays from 7:00 to 8:30 PM ET, December 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2026; your Decision-Ready Plan submitted by Tuesday, December 29, with my written feedback on it by Wednesday, December 30, day 30 of the Sprint; a Preliminary Value Diagnostic prepared from your intake; two private 30-minute reviews, after phase 1 and phase 3; one written response each week on that week’s deliverable when submitted by the agreed day; and a private Sprint Workbook. If approvals or timing prevent a test, your final deliverable is a test-ready plan. Implementation after the Sprint is not included; it can be scoped as a separate engagement.

Payment

$2,000 in full, or two payments of $1,250 ($2,500 total), the second invoiced after phase 2 and due December 15, 2026, before the third session. The payment plan is a way to pay, not a way to cancel: enrolling on it means agreeing to the full $2,500. If the second payment is late, access to sessions, recordings, reviews and feedback pauses until it’s paid.

Refunds

• First-session guarantee. Attend the first session live and complete the prep (your intake, and reading your Preliminary Value Diagnostic). If you don’t leave confident the Sprint is worth your investment, email me within 48 hours of the session and I’ll refund all payments made within 10 business days. Once per participant.
• Fit review. If I decide the group isn’t right for your situation, I’ll tell you before the first session and refund you in full, or apply your payment to private work if you prefer.
• Before the start. Withdraw in writing at least 7 days before December 1 for a refund less payment-processing fees. Within 7 days of the start, your payment becomes a credit toward a sprint starting within 6 months.
• After that, fees are non-refundable, including for missed sessions, withdrawal, a change in your circumstances, or results that differ from what you hoped.

Recordings and missed sessions

Every group session is recorded and shared by private link with that sprint’s participants, available until 60 days after the last session. If you miss a session, watch the recording and submit that week’s deliverable to get written feedback. Sessions aren’t repeated, refunded or credited. Recordings may not be downloaded or shared. Private reviews can be moved once with 24 hours’ notice; a missed review without notice is forfeited.

Intake and deadlines

Complete your intake within two days of enrolling, and no later than Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. I prepare your Preliminary Value Diagnostic within two business days of receiving your intake, and no later than Monday, November 30 at 6:00 PM ET. Work still missing at the end of the Sprint can be submitted until Tuesday, January 12, 2027, for one written review within five business days. You keep your workbook and the recordings until February 20, 2027.

Completion review

Attend at least three sessions live, watch any missed session recording within seven days, and submit all four deliverables by their agreed deadlines. If your final plan still has gaps, you may request one private 45-minute completion review at no additional charge within 14 calendar days after I send your final written feedback.

Results

The Sprint provides structured guidance, feedback and a method. Results depend on factors outside my control, including your own effort, data, people and market, so I don’t guarantee any particular business result. Value estimates in your plan are projections based on your own test results and stated assumptions. This isn’t legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.

Privacy

Your information stays confidential and is used only to deliver the Sprint. With your consent, I use AI tools, including Claude, to help prepare drafts; I review everything before it reaches you. What others share in sessions stays in sessions.

Concerns

If you have a concern about the Sprint or a payment, email me first and allow 10 business days for a response before disputing a charge. The full Participant Agreement governs; descriptions in webinars, emails or web pages don’t add to it. Erestar, Inc., New York.
