$3,000 · Approximately two weeks from the confirmed startAda-led analysis of one agreed business question and relevant operating area, with up to two interviews and a written assessment of opportunities, priorities and recommendations. This is analysis and advice, not implementation.
We agree on the scope and written terms before a client-specific invoice is issued. The start is confirmed after payment, required information and interview availability.

30 days · Four live 90-minute sessions · $2,000 or two payments of $1,250 ($2,500 total)For owners ready to design and test an AI-related improvement in their own business. You leave with a Decision-Ready Plan, or a test-ready plan if approvals or timing prevent a live test.
December 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2026, 7:00 to 8:30 PM ET. Four paid owners minimum; six maximum. Enrollment closes November 24 at 11:59 PM ET. The run decision is confirmed by noon November 25. If the cohort does not run, buyers receive a full refund unless they explicitly choose another separately agreed arrangement.
